As a working student in our People & Culture team, you’ll play an active role in our day-to-day internal HR operations and contribute to the successful execution of our team’s goals.
This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders on exciting people projects and initiatives.

Your Mission
Your Responsibilities
- Support in recruiting activities and organizing events with university clubs and student initiatives
- Prepare engaging documents and presentations for internal and conduct in-depth research on relevant people topics
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the people & culture space
Your Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's student (HR Management, Psychology or similar)
- Relevant practical experience in HR/Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Personio and Leapsome is a plus
- Valid work permit for Germany
