Your Mission
For the Investor Relations team, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Munich office. As IR Specialist – Process & Analytics, your mission is to own the core fundraising processes, analytics, and reporting workflows that keep our Capital Formation team running at its best. You will be the engine behind DDQ quality, CRM integrity, investor analytics, and the accuracy of our marketing materials – ensuring consistency and timely delivery across all fundraising activities. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership and strong data, process, and quality-control responsibility, complemented by selective developmental exposure to direct investor interactions.
Your Responsibilities
Process & Regulatory Support
- Draft and coordinate completion of DDQs and investor questionnaires
- Manage response workflows and ensure timely, accurate submissions
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals prior to investor delivery
Analytics & Reporting
- Own CRM data quality and investor activity tracking
- Maintain fundraising trackers and reporting dashboards
- Prepare investor and fundraising analytics (commitment pacing, re-up analysis, allocation and concentration tracking)
- Produce quantitative reporting for internal and investor use
Marketing Materials Support
- Update fundraising collateral (pitchbooks, one-pagers, FAQs, quarterly updates)
- Ensure materials reflect latest fund data, performance metrics and positioning
- Incorporate team feedback and manage version control prior to distribution
Investor Process Support (Developmental)
- Support Managers with investor follow-ups and diligence coordination
- Assist with tailored investor responses and meeting preparation
- Manage day-to-day communications with a limited set of LP contacts as development opportunity
Your Profile
- 2–5+ years in private markets, investor relations, fundraising support, or financial analytics
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with CRM and data room tools preferred
- Organised, reliable, and execution-focused
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required
